Can you also take care of the landscaping around our new modular room?
Yes. In addition to the building itself, we can design and deliver all the surrounding landscaping to make the new pod feel like a natural extension of your home. This can include terraces and decking, planting, paths, lighting, and outdoor seating areas, so the architecture, garden, and pod all work together as one calm, considered space.
How long does the process take from design to installation?
A typical project takes between 8 to 12 weeks. This includes the bespoke design phase, off-site manufacturing in a controlled environment, and the final on-site assembly, which usually only takes 2-4 days. This minimizes disruption to your home life compared to traditional construction.
What materials are used to withstand the Mediterranean climate?
We specify high-performance materials including marine-grade finishes, UV-resistant glazing, and advanced insulation. These are chosen specifically to withstand the intense sun, salt air, and humidity of the Costa Blanca, ensuring your building stays cool in summer and warm in winter.

Our modular systems require a level base, typically a light concrete slab or isolated foundation pads (preferred), depending on the terrain. We manage the site works as part of our turnkey service, ensuring the foundations are perfectly prepared before your building arrives.
Are the buildings suitable for year-round use?
Yes. Every Azure building is fully insulated and designed for permanent use. Whether it's a home office in January or a guest suite in August, our structures maintain a comfortable internal temperature and can be fitted with integrated air conditioning and heating systems.
